Our Money Back Guarantee is a key aspect of our business. Where
you have
simply changed your mind, you will be covered under our Contact
Lens Express 14
Day Money Back Guarantee.
The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all purchases of
Optical
Frames and Sunglasses that are still in an as-new condition.
All products returned must be in their original unused
condition, specifications and packaging, along with any
accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the
invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the products.
Products must be returned to Contact Lens Express no more than
14 Days
from purchase date. Refund will be processed within 14 working
days of product
being returned. A re-stocking and administration fee of $8 will be
deducted for
all returned product. Unless we processed your order incorrectly,
we do not refund any
costs involved in returning products purchased from us.
Returns Process
Email us at orders@contactlensexpress.co.nz
and advise you
would like to return. Please provide us with your order number
(found on "Order
Shipped" email) and reason for return. We will provide a return
address and a
Return Authority Number.
Contact Lenses Returns and Refund Policy
Contact Lens Express will provide a refund for returned
product(s) provided the boxes of contact lenses arrive un-opened,
un-marked and un-damaged. The product(s) must be returned within 10
working days from the date of purchase. Unless we processed your
order incorrectly, we do not refund any costs involved in returning
products purchased from us. A handling fee for courier and
administration costs of $10 will be charged in the event of
returned products.
